Ingredients
- 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 tbsp Maca powder
- 1 cup gluten-free quick rolled oats
- 1 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
- 2 tbsp raw coconut oil
- 2 tbsp raw honey (vegan option: 6 Medjool dates, pitted)
- ½ cup almond butter
- ¼ cup poppy seeds + ½ cup for rolling
- ¼ cup hemp seeds
- 1 scoop of your favourite vanilla protein powder
- 3 scoops Myco10 Powder
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend for 1 minute or until mixture is chunky.
- For firmer texture: cover and chill for 30 minutes.
- Scoop mixture and roll into 1” balls.
- Roll each ball into ½ cup of poppy seeds to coat.
- Enjoy!
Storage tips: refrigerate in an airtight container for up to one week.
