Recommended Use

Directions

Works Fine BUT...
Helped me sleep a bit better. Helped reduce hot flashes the first night, virtually gone the 2nd and 3rd nights, but I need to stop taking them in the daytime because I am EXTREMELY lethargic and utterly useless- I couldn’t even to to work! I couldn’t do ANYTHING. I thought I was getting sick! It’s only been six days so I’ll keep seeing how it goes. I hope I can keep taking them but they do seem to be helping me sleep like nothing else. I haven’t tried HRT yet.
