  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1 cup canned coconut milk
  • 1 frozen banana
    2 dates, pitted
  • 1 scoop Green Up! with GRAMS Powder

Optional toppings:

  • Shaved coconut
  • Granola
  • Hemp hearts
  • Sliced banana


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl, and top with your favourite toppings! Enjoy immediately.
