Ingredients
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 scoop of your favourite Vanilla plant-based protein powder
- 1 tsp Omega-Pro Balance 1:1
- 1 scoop L-Tyrosine
- Optional: 1 scoop Collagen Full Spectrum Powder
Directions
- Add all ingredients to mason jar, and shake well.
- Place in fridge overnight to set.
- Add your favourite toppings, and enjoy!
