Ingredients

  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 scoop of your favourite Vanilla plant-based protein powder
  • 1 tsp Omega-Pro Balance 1:1
  • 1 scoop L-Tyrosine
  • Optional: 1 scoop Collagen Full Spectrum Powder

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to mason jar, and shake well.
  2. Place in fridge overnight to set.
  3. Add your favourite toppings, and enjoy!
