My journey into holistic health wasn’t born from professional training, but from a deeply personal struggle. On the outside, I was doing everything “right,” but my body was in silent rebellion. After being diagnosed with PCOS and losing my period for a year, I faced a crisis of identity that deeply affected my mental health.
The turning point wasn’t a new diet or supplement. It was a spiritual surrender. I had a revelation that my worth as a woman was not defined by my ability to be a biological mother, but by the simple, powerful truth that I was fearfully and wonderfully made, with a purpose entirely my own. I chose to live a meaningful life, regardless of my body’s circumstances.
In that moment of releasing control and embracing my faith, my body began to heal. It taught me the most important lesson of my career: you can have perfect physical habits, but your inner world—your mind and spirit—is what truly guides your health. Today, as a mother of three, a competitive athlete, and a coach, I live this truth daily. My work is dedicated to helping people reconnect with their own bodies, build genuine resilience, and move through life with intention and foundational health. I truly believe that when we are connected to ourselves in this way, we are free to share our unique gifts with the world, making it a better, more compassionate place for everyone.
