Magnesium Bis-Glycinate 200 Gentle
“As a performance coach, my athletes are always looking for that extra advantage within the confines of their sport. Supplementing with a magnesium that has been proven to be more easily transported into your system, definitely has a positive impact on energy levels. I won’t go a day within taking my bis-glycinate from CanPrev and I always recommend the same for all my professional and semi professional athletes.”
Omega-Pro Essential
“Omega fatty acids are an essential supplement I use in my daily routine. I believe it’s imperative to obtain fatty acids either through diet or through supplementation as your body is unable to make essential fatty acids on its own. Supplementing with Omega 3’s allow our cell membranes to be more fluid and therefore more receptive to chemical signals that are critical for appropriate mood control (serotonin) and body composition (insulin).
Although there are many brands of Omega supplements out there, most do not disclose specifically where they obtain their Omega fatty acids from. I trust the CanPrev brand as I know only deep sea and wild cold water fish are used in the production of their Omega-Pro supplement.
If I could recommend only 3 supplements to my McMaster Varsity Athletes, CanPrev’s Omega-Pro would top that list!”
