Strawberry Chia Jam

Ingredients

  • 340g strawberries, halved
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp Liposomal NAC

Directions

  1. Place the strawberries, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt in a medium-sized saucepan and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Once the strawberries have softened after 10 minutes, use a potato masher to break them down into a jam consistency.
  3. Lower the heat, stir in the chia seeds, and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Allow it to completely cool (it will continue to thicken), before stirring in CanPrev’s Liposomal NAC.
  5. Store in a jar in the fridge for 2 weeks and enjoy!
