Strawberry Chia Jam

Ingredients
- 340g strawberries, halved
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tsp Liposomal NAC
Directions
- Place the strawberries, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt in a medium-sized saucepan and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once the strawberries have softened after 10 minutes, use a potato masher to break them down into a jam consistency.
- Lower the heat, stir in the chia seeds, and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Allow it to completely cool (it will continue to thicken), before stirring in CanPrev’s Liposomal NAC.
- Store in a jar in the fridge for 2 weeks and enjoy!
