Ingredients

  • ½ cup dairy-free plain yogurt
  • ¼ cup gluten-free oats
  • ½ tsp rose water
  • Zest of half a lemon
  • Maple syrup, to taste
  • Pinch of salt
  • A splash of dairy-free milk (optional)
  • Chopped roasted pistachios, for topping
  • 1 capsule Pro-Biotik 50B, opened

Directions

  1. In a glass jar, mix together yogurt and the Pro-Biotik 50B until smooth and well combined.
  2. Stir in the oats, and then add in the rose water, lemon zest, sweetener, and salt. Combine well. Depending on the consistency of the yogurt, you may like to stir in some dairy-free milk if the mixture is too thick.
  3. Cover and allow the oats to sit overnight in the fridge or for at least a few hours.
  4. Top with pistachios before serving and enjoy!
