Nuttin’ Better Cookie Dough

We all know there’s nuttin’ better than sneaking a bite of cookie dough as you’re baking. Why not skip the baking and make a whole batch of dough you can enjoy fresh?
This recipe combines rolled oats, coconut, and a scoop of CanPrev’s Collagen Full Spectrum Powder to nourish your body, while tasting delicious!

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup almond flour
- 1⁄3 cup coconut sugar
- 1⁄4 cup rolled oats
- 1⁄4 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
- 1⁄2 tsp cinnamon
- 1⁄4 tsp pink salt, or sea salt
- 1⁄2 cup peanut butter, or other nut/seed butter • 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1⁄3 cup mini chocolate chips
- 4 scoops Collagen Full Spectrum
Directions
- Stir together all dry ingredients until combined.
- Add peanut butter and vanilla extract, and stir with wooden spoon or spatula until crumbly.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips, and enjoy!
Tip: We recommend freezing dough crumbles and topping on your ice cream, yogurt or oatmeal bowl.
