Hormone Hero Salad

This colourful high-fibre salad is not only hormone-friendly, it also supports your digestion and detoxification pathways.


It’s got crisp cruciferous vegetables packed with phytonutrients, topped with a creamy dressing full of healthy fats, anti-inflammatory spices and CanPrev’s Fibre Feel and Myo-Inositol. Who knew eating vegetables could be so easy?

  • 1 bag of broccoli or kale “slaw” 340g
  • 1 large organic carrot shredded
  • 2 spring onions chopped


  • 3 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 tbsp hemp seed oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 ½ tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp grainy mustard or Dijon
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • ¼ tsp ginger powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 scoop Fibre Feel
  • 1 scoop Myo-Inositol


  1. Mix all salad ingredients together in a salad bowl.
  2. Blend all dressing ingredients on low speed in a food processor or blender.
  3. Pour dressing over salad and combine well.
  4. Cover, and marinate in fridge for 1 hour.
  5. Enjoy!
