Hormone-Healthy Pumpkin Latte

Enjoy the warming flavours of this naturally sweetened Hormone Healthy Pumpkin Latte that will leave you feeling cozy and comforted long after you’ve finished it.

With CanPrev’s Myo-Inositol powder and Adrenal Chill being the star ingredients in this blend, you’ll balance your stress hormones to combat the caffeine jitters before they start! If you don’t drink coffee, try making this recipe with your favourite black tea.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups coffee
  • 1 cup dairy-free milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin purée
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ tsp of vanilla extract
  • 2 scoops Myo-Inositol
  • 2 capsules Adrenal Chill, opened

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan on low heat, combine all ingredients except coffee, stirring consistently until mixture is incorporated becoming warm, frothy, and fragrant.
  2. Divide coffee into your favourite mugs and top with pumpkin creamer.
  3. Enjoy with a friend!
