Electric Lime Electrolyte Gummies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup juice of choice (we used orange juice)
  • 4 tbsp raw honey, or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp gelatin powder
  • 3 sachets ElectroMag

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan over low heat, add juice, honey, and lemon. Whisk together until combined, and let reduce until slightly thickened, about 10 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in ElectroMag and gelatin until fully dissolved.
  3. Pour mixture into silicon moulds, or ice cube trays and place in the fridge until the gelatin has set, or overnight.
  4. Pop out of the mould and enjoy before, during or after your next workout!
