Loaded Chocolate Cake Pops

These no-bake, Loaded Chocolate Cake Pops are gluten-free, vegan, and loaded with protein, fibre, healthy fats, and antioxidants to supercharge your nutrition.

Ingredients

Cake:

  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • ½ cup oat milk
  • ¼ cup raw cacao powder
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 scoop plant-based vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp melted virgin coconut oil
  • Pinch Himalayan salt
  • 2 scoops Myco10

Chocolate Coating:

  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1½ tbsp virgin coconut oil

Optional toppings:

  • Toasted coconut flakes, crushed
  • Chocolate brownie Melatonin Liposomal

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all cake ingredients. Using your hands, knead well.
  2. Form cake dough into 1” balls, and chill on a lined baking sheet in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, over a pot of boiling water, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together to make the chocolate coating. Stir occasionally until blended.
  4. Dip each lollipop stick in the melted chocolate, then insert each stick into the cake pop. Dip each cake pop into melted chocolate to coat completely. Sprinkle with coconut before the chocolate hardens. If desired, drizzle with Melatonin Liposomal immediately before enjoying.

Storage Instructions: Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to one week.
