Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 2 tbsp canned coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Generous squeeze of lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 scoop MuscleRescue

Optional Toppings

  • Toasted coconut flakes

Directions

  1. Add pineapple and coconut milk into a food processor or high-speed blender and pulse.
  2. Add in maple syrup, lemon juice, salt, and a scoop of MuscleRescue. Blend until completely smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness level accordingly.
  3. Scoop mixture into a piping bag and squeeze into two bowls to create a classic swirl, or simply use an ice cream scoop.
  4. Top with toasted coconut flakes and enjoy!
