Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 2 tbsp canned coconut milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Generous squeeze of lemon juice
- Pinch of salt
- 1 scoop MuscleRescue
Optional Toppings
- Toasted coconut flakes
Directions
- Add pineapple and coconut milk into a food processor or high-speed blender and pulse.
- Add in maple syrup, lemon juice, salt, and a scoop of MuscleRescue. Blend until completely smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness level accordingly.
- Scoop mixture into a piping bag and squeeze into two bowls to create a classic swirl, or simply use an ice cream scoop.
- Top with toasted coconut flakes and enjoy!
