Tahini Fudge Halva with Roasted Edamame

This Tahini Fudge Halva with Roasted Edamame is the perfect way to end your next meal.

Ingredients
- 1 cup tahini, stirred smooth
- ¼ cup granulated allulose or erythritol (can be swapped for a mix, or 2 tablespoons granulated sweetener plus 1 teaspoon stevia extract)
- 3 tablespoons plant protein powder (20–25 grams)
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free syrup (allulose/monkfruit or similar, just enough to help bind)
- 2–3 tablespoons dry roasted edamame, lightly crushed
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon rosewater or orange blossom water
- Pinch of sea salt
- 2 scoops Magnesium BisGlycinate 400 Powder
Directions
- Line a small loaf pan or square dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together tahini, protein powder, magnesium, powdered sweetener, syrup, salt, vanilla, and rosewater (if using).
- Stir until a thick dough forms. If it’s too dry, add 1 teaspoon of syrup at a time. If it’s too runny, sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of coconut flour.
- Fold in edamame and stir in most of the crushed roasted edamame.
- Press mixture firmly into pan, smoothing the top. Sprinkle extra edamame over the surface and press in.
- Refrigerate for 2–3 hours, or freeze for 30 minutes, until firm enough to cut.
