Spiced Winter Chia Pudding

This Spiced Winter Chia Pudding is rich in omega-3s, fibre, and plant-based protein, helping to stabilize blood sugar and support hormone balance during the colder months.
Featuring CanPrev’s Collagen Tendo Recover, along with warming spices like cinnamon and ginger, it promotes circulation, digestion, joint health, and more while providing a cozy winter flavour.

Ingredients
- 1½ cups unsweetened organic almond milk (or your favourite dairy-free milk)
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup (optional, or adjust to taste)
- ½ teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon ground ginger
- ⅛ teaspoon ground cloves
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 scoop Collagen Tendo Recover or plant-based protein powder (optional, for added protein)
Toppings
- Warm sautéed apple slices with pure maple
- Toasted pumpkin seeds
Directions
- In a jar or bowl, whisk together the almond milk, chia seeds, collagen or protein (if using), cinnamon, ginger, cloves, maple syrup, and sea salt.
- Stir well to prevent clumping. Let sit for 10 min. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) until thick and pudding-like.
- Before serving, stir again and adjust consistency with a splash of milk if needed.
- Add your favourite toppings and enjoy!
