Raspberry-Sumac Vinaigrette

Brighten up your salads with this beautiful Raspberry-Sumac Vinaigrette! Enjoy over fresh greens for a flavourful and functional addition to nourish your health.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup raspberries
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Generous pinch of sumac
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tsp Elderberry C Liquid

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Pour over salad and keep the remaining stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container. 

 

 

Storage Instructions: Keep refrigerated and enjoy within 2 days.
