Raspberry-Sumac Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- ½ cup raspberries
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Generous pinch of sumac
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tsp Elderberry C Liquid
Directions
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until completely smooth.
- Pour over salad and keep the remaining stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
Storage Instructions: Keep refrigerated and enjoy within 2 days.
