Orange-Lemon Electrolyte Hydrator

Skip the sugar and additives in your sports drink, and make it yourself! Better than any electrolyte drink you’ve tried, this orange-lemon electrolyte hydrator is made completely from ingredients you know.

Vitamin C and antioxidants from citrus fruits, and electrolytes and minerals from a pinch of Himalayan salt, and CanPrev’s ElectroMag. Add a muscle boost with Collagen Muscle Tone Powder.

Ingredients

  • 3 orange slices
  • 3 lemon slices
  • ¼ cup squeezed lemon juice
  • ¼ cup squeezed orange juice
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
  • ¼ tsp sea salt or pink Himalayan salt
  • 1L water
  • 4 sachets ElectroMag
  • 4 scoops Collagen Muscle Tone Powder

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients except ElectroMag and Collagen Muscle Tone into a large glass jar or bottle.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, to allow juices to infuse the water.
  3. Once steeped to your taste, pour about ¼ of the mixture into a glass. Stir in a scoop of Collagen Muscle Tone and a sachet of ElectroMag. Enjoy!
