Nuttin’ Better Cookie Dough

We all know there’s nuttin’ better than sneaking a bite of cookie dough as you’re baking. Why not skip the baking and make a whole batch of dough you can enjoy fresh?

This recipe combines rolled oats, coconut, and a scoop of CanPrev’s Collagen Full Spectrum Powder to nourish your body, while tasting delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1⁄2 cup almond flour
  • 1⁄3 cup coconut sugar
  • 1⁄4 cup rolled oats
  • 1⁄4 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
  • 1⁄2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1⁄4 tsp pink salt, or sea salt
  • 1⁄2 cup peanut butter, or other nut/seed butter • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1⁄3 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 4 scoops Collagen Full Spectrum

Directions

  1. Stir together all dry ingredients until combined.
  2. Add peanut butter and vanilla extract, and stir with wooden spoon or spatula until crumbly.
  3. Fold in mini chocolate chips, and enjoy!

Tip: We recommend freezing dough crumbles and topping on your ice cream, yogurt or oatmeal bowl.
