- In a small saucepan, whisk together water, MuscleRescue and gelatin.
- Warm mixture over low heat, whisking constantly, until gelatin is completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
- Pour mixture into silicon gummy moulds. If you don’t have gummy moulds, pour the batch into a 9” x 13’’ pan, cutting into squares when set.
- Place gummies in the fridge for 3 hours or until set.
- Pop out of the mould and enjoy before, during or after your next workout!
Storage Instructions: Store gummies in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
