Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ cup unflavoured organic gelatin powder
  • 3 scoops MuscleRescue

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan, whisk together water, MuscleRescue and gelatin.
  2. Warm mixture over low heat, whisking constantly, until gelatin is completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Pour mixture into silicon gummy moulds. If you don’t have gummy moulds, pour the batch into a 9” x 13’’ pan, cutting into squares when set.
  4. Place gummies in the fridge for 3 hours or until set.
  5. Pop out of the mould and enjoy before, during or after your next workout!

Storage Instructions: Store gummies in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
