Hormone Hero Salad

This colourful high-fibre salad is not only hormone-friendly, it also supports your digestion and detoxification pathways.
It’s got crisp cruciferous vegetables packed with phytonutrients, topped with a creamy dressing full of healthy fats, anti-inflammatory spices and CanPrev’s Fibre Feel and Myo-Inositol. Who knew eating vegetables could be so easy?

Ingredients
Salad:
- 1 bag of broccoli or kale “slaw” 340g
- 1 large organic carrot shredded
- 2 spring onions chopped
Dressing:
- 3 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tbsp hemp seed oil
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 ½ tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp grainy mustard or Dijon
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- ¼ tsp ginger powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 scoop Fibre Feel
- 1 scoop Myo-Inositol
Directions
- Mix all salad ingredients together in a salad bowl.
- Blend all dressing ingredients on low speed in a food processor or blender.
- Pour dressing over salad and combine well.
- Cover, and marinate in fridge for 1 hour.
- Enjoy!
