Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- ½ cup granola topper of choice (pea protein cereal used)
- ⅔ cup frozen wild blueberries
- ½ teaspoon of sweetener of choice (stevia extract used)
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons Liposomal GABA
Directions
- In a medium sized bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, frozen wild blueberries and sweetener.
- Divide between 2 small bowls.
- Sprinkle cinnamon and top with granola.
- Drizzle with Liposomal GABA.
