I switched to this type of gaba because this is what my local store had in stock and I wanted to control my dosage. I found liquid gaba works quickly and helps me fall asleep and go back to sleep if I wake up. I need to take a higher dose, at least 700 to 900 ml. I also don’t feel groggy then next day, unlike some capsules i have tried. This supplement truly improves my life.
