Bone-Building Banana Smoothie
What does it take to build strong bones?

Give your bones all the nutrients they need to stay strong, flexible, and healthy, all in one delicious bone-building smoothie.
- 1 banana
- 1 cup milk, or fortified plant-based milk
- 1 cup kale
- 1 tsp honey, or maple syrup
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt, or non-dairy alternative
- 1 scoop Collagen Bone Powder
- Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass, and enjoy!
