What does it take to build strong bones?

Prep Time

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup milk, or fortified plant-based milk
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 tsp honey, or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt, or non-dairy alternative
  • 1 scoop Collagen Bone Powder


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass, and enjoy!
