Ingredients

Smoothie:

  • ¼ cup frozen pineapple
  • ¼ cup filtered water
  • 2 tbsp pineapple juice
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 scoop MuscleRescue

Toppings:

  • ¼ cup organic toasted coconut flakes
  • ¼ cup walnuts
  • 1 tbsp black chia seeds
  • Pineapple slices to garnish

Directions

  1. Add all the smoothie ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth and creamy. 
  2. Pour into a bowl. 
  3. Garnish with toppings. Enjoy!
