Smoothie:
- ¼ cup frozen pineapple
- ¼ cup filtered water
- 2 tbsp pineapple juice
- 1 avocado
- 1 scoop MuscleRescue
Toppings:
- ¼ cup organic toasted coconut flakes
- ¼ cup walnuts
- 1 tbsp black chia seeds
- Pineapple slices to garnish
Directions
