Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp ginger
- 1 capsule Adrenal Chill, opened
- ½ scoop Magnesium Wild Rosehip flavour
Directions
- Add coconut milk to a saucepan and warm on the stove over medium heat.
- Slowly whisk in the remaining ingredients until dissolved fully and a slight foam appears.
- Serve in a mug and enjoy warm, or chill over ice and enjoy immediately!
