Peppermint Hot Chocolate

Do you need the perfect cozy beverage to warm your hands and soul this winter?
Look no further – we’ve got you covered with this delicious Peppermint Hot Chocolate to soothe your cravings, while keeping your gut and immune system healthy and strong! This recipe features CanPrev’s Myco10 Powder, L-Glutamine Powder, and optional Collagen Full Spectrum Powder for an extra nutritional boost.

Ingredients
- 1 can full fat coconut milk
- 4-5 cups non-dairy milk of choice
- 4 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp maca powder
- 1 tsp mint extract
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1⁄4 tsp salt
- 1⁄2 bar of dark chocolate, for extra richness
- Handful of plant-based marshmallows
- 2 scoops Myco10 Powder
- 2 scoops L-Glutamine Powder
- Optional: 2 scoops Collagen Full Spectrum Powder
Directions
- Warm non-dairy milk in a saucepan on medium heat, and scoop in the thick, creamy portion of the coconut milk. Stir until well combined and steaming.
- Whisk in the powders, followed by the liquids, one by one until dissolved.
- Add in chocolate and continue to heat until melted, and the mixture begins to gently bubble.
- Divide the hot chocolate into four mugs, and top with marshmallows. Enjoy immediately!
