Peanut Butter Banana Brownie

These plant-based Peanut Butter Banana Brownies are rich, moist, and oh sooo satisfying!

Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- ¾ cup coconut sugar
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- ½ cup coconut oil
- ½ cup almond butter
- ¼ cup cacao powder
- ½ cup chocolate chips (vegan)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 5 scoops L-Glutamine Powder
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine flour, coconut sugar, and cacao powder in a medium-sized bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together coconut oil, bananas, almond butter, and vanilla extract.
- Gently mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until well combined, forming the brownie batter.
- Pour mixture onto a lined brownie pan.
- Bake for 23-25 minutes until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Storage Instructions: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
