Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup unsweetened milk of choice
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

Toppings

  • Chopped mango
  • Chopped peaches
  • Unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp Omega Twist – peachy mango

Directions

  1. In a glass jar, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, and protein powder and milk.
  2. Stir together until combined and the rolled oats are completely covered with liquid.
  3. Top with mango and unsweetened coconut flakes.
  4. Tightly place the lid on the jar and refrigerate overnight.
  5. The next day, before enjoying, stir the oat mixture and add in a splash of extra milk or sweetener to loosen up the consistency.
  6. Top with Omega Twist before serving, and enjoy!

Storage Instructions: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
