Pan Frittata

Short on time but want a nutrient dense, high protein lunch that maximizes muscle and bone health?
Whip up this quick, delicious pan frittata. With the addition of CanPrev’s Collagen Bone, you can cover your nutritional bases while promoting remineralization and collagen production at the bones.

Ingredients
- ¾ cup egg whites
- ½ cup sliced mushrooms
- ¼ cup sliced green onions
- 2 large or 3 small eggs
- Handful of chopped cilantro
- 5 sprigs asparagus, trimmed
- Avocado oil spray
- 1 scoop Collagen Bone Powder
Directions
- In a medium sized pan sprayed with avocado oil on low heat, scramble the eggs and egg whites while the pan is still warming up.
- Sprinkle the Collagen Bone over the surface of the mixture.
- Sprinkle in the chopped cilantro, then add the remaining toppings when the bottom half of the frittata just begins to set, evenly distributing around the pan. Increase the heat to medium.
- After cooking for around 5 minutes (once the frittata sets and releases from the pan), spray the entire surface lightly with more avocado oil spray.
- Flip over completely to cook for an additional 2 minutes or until the other side is golden.
- Transfer to a plate and enjoy steaming hot.
- Add salt/pepper to taste.
