Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • 2 tsp matcha powder
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 scoop Collagen Muscle Tone

Optional toppings: 

  • Chocolate chips or cacao nibs 
  • Hemp hearts
  • Crushed nuts (i.e. pistachios, cashews, almonds)
  • Granola
  • Coconut shreds
  • Fruit of choice
  • Chia seeds

Directions

  1. Add smoothie ingredients to a blender, and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl, and top with your favourite toppings.
  3. Enjoy immediately!
