Ingredients
- 1 cup ice
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup milk of choice
- 2 tsp matcha powder
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 scoop Collagen Muscle Tone
Optional toppings:
- Chocolate chips or cacao nibs
- Hemp hearts
- Crushed nuts (i.e. pistachios, cashews, almonds)
- Granola
- Coconut shreds
- Fruit of choice
- Chia seeds
Directions
- Add smoothie ingredients to a blender, and blend on high until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl, and top with your favourite toppings.
- Enjoy immediately!
