Low Carb Collagen Crepes

Start your day strong with these Low Carb Collagen Crepes.
Packed with protein and CanPrev’s Collagen Full Spectrum formula, they support collagen production in the bones, muscles, skin, cartilage and joints.

Ingredients
- ¾ cup egg whites
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 scoop plant-based protein powder of choice
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- ¼ teaspoon stevia extract or to preferred sweetness
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 2 scoops Collagen Full Spectrum Powder
Directions
- Warm a medium sized pan on low–medium heat.
- Add all ingredients to a blender to form a relatively thin batter.
- Pour 1/3 cup at a time, cooking until set for a couple of minutes, then flipping for another 30 seconds or until fully set.
- Transfer to a plate and add berries, cinnamon, whipped coconut cream and/or other desired toppings.
