Gut-Loving Chicken Noodle Soup

This Gut-Loving Chicken Noodle Soup will warm you from the inside out. It contains nourishing chicken broth, veggies, antioxidants and adaptogens to promote healthy digestion and protect against pathogens and stress.
The addition of CanPrev’s Myco10 Powder takes this soup to the next level by providing immunomodulating polysaccharides that help protect cells against oxidative damage caused by free radicals.

Ingredients
- 10 cups chicken broth
- 2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded
- 10 oz pasta of choice
- 3 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
- 5 celery stalks, finely chopped
- 1 medium white onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup fresh chopped parsley
- 6 -7 cloves minced garlic
- Juice from one lemon
- 2 tbsp minced ginger
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 4 stems of fresh thyme
- 2 bay leaves
- Sea salt or to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 4 scoops Myco10 Powder
Directions
- Add oil to a large pot with diced onion, carrot and celery over medium heat. After 5 minutes, add garlic and ginger.
- Add broth, thyme, parsley, and bay leaves. Increase heat to high to bring soup to a simmer.
- Simmer over medium heat for about 20 minutes, then add pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes until done.
- Add chicken, Myco10 Powder, and spices.
- Serve immediately and enjoy warm with friends or family.
