Get your butter knife ready because this multiseed, flourless Fibre-ific Bread is about to become your new favourite! Loaded with healthy fats, fibre, B vitamins and plant protein, each bite supports a healthy gut.

Ingredients
Dry ingredients:
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup flax seeds
- ½ cup walnuts
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp Psyllium husks
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 3 scoops Fibre Feel
Wet ingredients:
- 2 ½ cups filtered water
- 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Directions
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, add all the dry ingredients, and mix to combine.
- Add all the wet ingredients. Mix well.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf pan and refrigerate for 1-3 hours or overnight (covered) to allow the ingredients to bind together.
- When ready to bake, preheat the oven to 375°F degrees.
- Bake for 1 hour until golden and baked through.
- Remove the loaf from the pan and place it on a cooling rack until cool before cutting.
Storage Instructions: Keep refrigerated and enjoy within one week or keep in the freezer.
