Magnesium is involved in over 800 enzymatic functions in the body and plays a role in energy metabolism, tissue formation, muscle function, and bone development. That’s one busy mineral.
While it is a common mineral, concentrations in our food aren’t as high as they once were. Intensive agricultural methods have depleted magnesium from soil. To make matters worse, medications and common drinks like coffee or wine can impair absorption or increase the excretion of magnesium. It’s no wonder that nearly half of Canadians aren’t getting enough of this important mineral.
CanPrev’s Magnesium Bis-Glycinate 300 Ultra Gentle Liquid provides 300mg of pure elemental magnesium in a bis-glycinate form in every tablespoon. Designed for those seeking potency with ultra gentleness, this formula is designed to support magnesium absorption while being ultra gentle on the digestion. A great option for those with very sensitive stomachs or who don’t want to swallow capsules. Unflavoured. Also available in delicious juicy blueberry flavoured liquid or powder.
