Directions

Adults (19 years and older) - Take 1 scoop per day. Take a few hours before or after other medications or natural health products. 400 mcg of folate per day is adequate for most women to reduce the risk of neural tube defects. Ask a healthcare practitioner to determine if you would benefit from additional folate before taking this product.

Cautions & Warnings

Ask a healthcare practitioner prior to use if • you are taking blood thinners.  Stop use if • hypersensitivity occurs. There is enough iron in this package to seriously harm a child.  Keep out of reach of children.
