Your Space with You is a reflective journaling experience designed to help individuals reconnect with themselves and create space for inner work. Each session begins with a calming breath work exercise to ground the body and quiet the mind. You will then be guided through meaningful journaling prompts to explore personal growth, mental health, and self-love. The session concludes with an opportunity to share and connect with like-minded individuals who value self-reflection and personal development.

Faye Gold is a Holistic Health Coach, Registered Social Worker, and Somatic Practitioner with a deep passion for helping others reconnect to their inner world. With a unique blend of evidence-based tools, somatic techniques, and holistic approaches, Faye supports individuals in creating sustainable, nourishing shifts in their physical, emotional, and mental well-being. As the creator of Your Space with You (YSWY), a guided journaling experience and community event series, Faye holds intentional space of people to slow down, reflect, and realign. Her sessions are rooted in the belief that healing begins with self-awareness, and that when we create space to truly meet ourselves, transformation follows.
