Caroline Farquhar is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Medical Advisor at CanPrev with over 20 years of experience helping people optimize energy, resilience, and long-term health. She combines expertise in nutrition, hormones, and mind-body wellness with practical strategies to support optimal health. Caroline has shared her knowledge through educational sessions across the country, as an instructor at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, and as a guest on TV, radio, and in health publications. In additional to her credentials as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, she is an Energy Medicine Practitioner, Reiki Master, and holds a Psychology Degree from Carleton University.
