Low Carb Cranberry Sauce

Boost your daily nutrition with this Low Carb Cranberry Sauce, made with CanPrev’s L-Glutamine Vegan Amino Acid.

This tangy sauce can help support your immune system, muscle health and energy levels.

Ingredients

  • 340 grams fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sweetener (can be swapped for ⅓ cup erythritol + ⅓ cup allulose + around ½ teaspoon stevia extract to offset sourness of cranberries)
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 scoops L-Glutamine

Directions

  1. In a medium-sized pot over medium heat, add all the ingredients except L-Glutamine.
  2. Bring to a boil and reduce to low and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally until thickened.
  3. Stir in L-Glutamine.
  4. Pour into jars, seal and refrigerate immediately.
