How you build your plate could be the difference between feeling energized and satisfied, or sluggish and hungry an hour later.
Join Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Caroline Farquhar, on Monday October 27th at 7PM EST for a LIVE event all about creating balance at mealtime. Caroline will walk you through the foundations of a healthy plate, why balance matters, what portion sizes to aim for, and how to adapt meals for different dietary needs. She’ll also share practical tips for overcoming common challenges that can make healthy eating feel difficult.
If you’ve ever felt unsure about how much of each food group to eat, or why certain meals leave you tired instead of energized, this session will give you clarity and confidence to create meals that truly support your health.
