Jessie Lam is a Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher, and Holist Nutritionist with over 20 years of experience in the industry. She specializes in prenatal and postnatal exercise and recovery, as well as overall strength and mobility training. Outside of the gym, Jessie enjoys backcountry adventures, rock climbing, and road cycling. She is based outside of Toronto and lives with her husband, daughter, and Shih Tzu.
