Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen cherries 
  • 1 cup mango juice 
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple 
  • 1 tbsp lime juice 
  • 2 scoops MuscleRescue in Fruit Punch flavour

Directions

Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until it reaches a smooth, slush-like consistency. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
