Super Seed Chocolate Protein Balls

Make these delicious Super Seed Chocolate Protein Balls for a convenient and nutrient-packed snack. Ingredients
- 1 cup dates, pitted
- ⅓ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- ⅓ cup plant-based chocolate protein powder
- ¼ cup dairy-free dark chocolate chips
- 6 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp flax seeds
- 1 tsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tsp hemp seeds
- ⅓ cup Fibre Feel
Directions
- In a small bowl, cover dates with hot water, and set aside for 10 minutes to soften. Then drain well.
- In a food processor, combine all ingredients except chocolate chips. Pulse until combined.
- Remove mixture from the food processor and fold in chocolate chips by hand, distributing evenly.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls using the warmth of your hands to mold them together.
- Refrigerate for two hours until solid.
Storage Instructions: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 10 days or in the freezer for 1 month.
