Spiced Holiday Greens Energy Bites

Made with CanPrev’s Green Up! With GRAMS, each bite is loaded with protein, fibre, antioxidants, and greens to keep your energy stable through the holiday rush — no sugar crashes here, just steady glow and vitality.

Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
- ½ cup + 1 tablespoon almond butter (or other nut/seed butter)
- ¼ cup raw honey
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped dried cranberries
- 2 tablespoons crushed almonds
- 1 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 scoops CanPrev Green Up! With GRAMS
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor. Mix until it’s a doughy texture, but not too sticky.
- Roll into 1-inch balls.
- Chill for at least 20 minutes before enjoying.
Storage Instructions: Store in the fridge for up to a week (or
freeze for later).
