Salted Cashew Protein Balls

These simple no-bake Salted Cashew Protein Balls are irresistibly delicious and easy to whip up in a pinch for a healthy snack when you’re craving something sweet and salty.

Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder of your choice
- ½ cup almond butter
- ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ¼ cup chopped cashews
- ¼ cup hemp hearts
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp almond milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Sea salt for sprinkling
- 1 scoop Collagen Full Spectrum Powder
Directions
- Add all ingredients except for chocolate chips and sea salt into a high-speed food processor. Blend until well combined, forming a sticky dough.
- Fold chocolate chips into the mixture, distributing evenly.
- Using a spoon, scoop out rounded tablespoon amounts of dough, rolling into small 1½ inch balls.
- Sprinkle the protein balls with sea salt, and refrigerate for two hours until solid.
Storage Instructions: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 10 days or in the freezer for 3 months.
