Rosemary Garlic Focaccia

This festive Rosemary Garlic Focaccia is packed with warming flavours and gut-health promoting soluble fibre.

Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1½ cups warm water
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3 scoops Fibre Feel
Optional toppings:
- Fresh rosemary
- Minced garlic
- Halved cherry tomatoes
- Green olives
- Pinch of salt
- Drizzle of olive oil
Directions
1. In a medium sized bowl, combine flour, yeast, salt, sugar, garlic powder, dried rosemary, and Fibre Feel.
2. Add in warm water and olive oil, and mix until incorporated, forming a sticky dough.
3. Lightly coat your hands in olive oil to prevent the dough from sticking and transfer to a lightly greased parchment lined baking tray. Gently spread out the dough on the baking sheet. Keep in mind, it will continue to spread naturally as it rises.
4. Cover the dough with a tea towel and let it rise at room temperature for 45 minutes to an hour.
5. Preheat oven to 400F.
6. Coat your fingers in olive oil and gently imprint dough with holes. Decorate with preferred toppings, sprinkle with salt, and drizzle with olive oil.
7. Bake for 20 minutes, and then broil on medium for another 2-3 minutes, until the top of the dough is golden.
8. Remove from the baking tray to allow focaccia to cool. Cut into pieces and enjoy!
