Pumpkin Pie Freezer Fudge

Enjoy this no-bake Pumpkin Pie Freezer Fudge to get your pumpkin spice fix. The hardest part is waiting for the recipe to freeze.

Ingredients
- ½ cup almond butter
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 4 scoops Collagen Full Spectrum Powder
Optional toppings
- Pumpkin seeds
- Coconut shreds
- Roasted pecans
- Sea salt flakes
- Chocolate chips
Directions
- In a food processor, add all ingredients and blend to combine until smooth.
- Line a muffin tin with small paper baking cups, and pour pumpkin mixture into the cups. Sprinkle with desired toppings to add texture, colour and flavour.
- Freeze for at least two hours until solid. Enjoy straight from the freezer!
Storage Instructions: Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months.
