Pumpkin Pie Freezer Fudge

Enjoy this no-bake Pumpkin Pie Freezer Fudge to get your pumpkin spice fix. The hardest part is waiting for the recipe to freeze.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup almond butter
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup maple syrup 
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 4 scoops Collagen Full Spectrum Powder

Optional toppings

  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Coconut shreds
  • Roasted pecans
  • Sea salt flakes
  • Chocolate chips

Directions

  1. In a food processor, add all ingredients and blend to combine until smooth.
  2. Line a muffin tin with small paper baking cups, and pour pumpkin mixture into the cups. Sprinkle with desired toppings to add texture, colour and flavour.
  3. Freeze for at least two hours until solid. Enjoy straight from the freezer!

Storage Instructions: Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months.
