No-Bake Collagen Lemon Drops

These No-Bake Collagen Lemon Drops are refreshing, energizing and easy to make. Bursting with tangy, fresh flavours you’ll find your taste buds dancing!

Ingredients
- 1 cup raw cashews
- ½ cup coconut flour
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- Half a lemon, juiced
- Zest from 1 lemon
- Pinch of salt
- 1 scoop Collagen Beauty Powder
- 1 tbsp Vitamin C 1000 Liposomal
Optional Toppings:
- Lemon zest or shredded coconut for rolling
Directions
- In a food processor, blend the cashews into coarse chunks (being mindful not to over blend).
- Add remaining ingredients and pulse until combined, forming a sticky dough.
- Using your hands, roll dough into bite-sized balls. If desired, roll into a plate of lemon zest or shredded coconut to coat for extra flavour.
Storage Instructions: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
