No-Bake Collagen Lemon Drops

These No-Bake Collagen Lemon Drops are refreshing, energizing and easy to make. Bursting with tangy, fresh flavours you’ll find your taste buds dancing!

Loaded with CanPrev’s Collagen Beauty Powder and Vitamin C 1000 Liposomal, this recipe combines the raw building blocks needed to support collagen formation for glowing skin, healthy hair and strong nails. Enjoy the functional beauty benefits with each bite!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp raw honey
  • Half a lemon, juiced
  • Zest from 1 lemon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 scoop Collagen Beauty Powder
  • 1 tbsp Vitamin C 1000 Liposomal

Optional Toppings:

  • Lemon zest or shredded coconut for rolling

Directions

  1. In a food processor, blend the cashews into coarse chunks (being mindful not to over blend).
  2. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until combined, forming a sticky dough.
  3. Using your hands, roll dough into bite-sized balls. If desired, roll into a plate of lemon zest or shredded coconut to coat for extra flavour.

Storage Instructions: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
