Matcha Overnight Oats

These Matcha Overnight Oats are perfect for busy mornings. This recipe is packed with fibre, protein, vitamins and minerals so you can be ready to tackle the day.

Ingredients
- ¾ cup gluten-free quick oats
- 1½ cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tbsp matcha powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Pinch of salt
- 1 scoops protein powder (optional)
- 2 scoops L-Glutamine
Optional toppings:
- Granola
- Chocolate chips
- Coconut flakes
- Fresh fruit
- Mixed nuts
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a large jar, secure lid and shake carefully to ensure all the ingredients mix together.
- Set in fridge for a minimum of 8 hours before serving.
- Enjoy with your favourite toppings.
Storage Instructions: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
